I am attempting to follow these instructions to setup Live TV & DVR: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/225877347
However, I do not have the option Settings > Server > Live TV & DVR.
What is wrong or what am I missing. Yes, I am a lifer and have a Plex Pass.
Can you show what you are seeing with a screenshot? Also what Server version are you running?
Are you starting the Plex Web app locally or going via app.plex.tv? Try going via app.plex.tv and see if it appears.
I’m using version 1.5.6.3790 so I suspect this is the issue. However, clicking on “install update” doesn’t seem to do anything. It just sits there. Can’t figure out why either. I’m guessing I’ll need to uninstall it and reinstall the most recent version.
app.plex.tv gives me the same result as the Plex Media Player:
Yep, that was the problem. Had to d/l and install a newer version.

Live TV was released with 1.7.2 so you being on 1.5.6 was the issue with not seeing Live TV.
