OK, so I had set up a recording for Star vs. Forces of Evil for my kids a few years ago when DVR was new. I had the recording setting to only keep 5 episodes. I have since deleted all the old recordings.
I recently added all 4 seasons to my library, and found that after 1-2 days, it deletes all but 5 episodes! I can’t stop it from deleting my files, and since I deleted it from my recordings I cannot modify the settings, nor do I have the channel it airs on anymore or can I find an airing to start a new recording and correct the settings.
How can I fix this? Why are DVR settings causing it to delete files from my main library?
