Plex Server: Windows 7 64-bit
Plex Server Version: 1.12.2.4929 (but it’s been this way for around 8 updates).
Around a month ago my HDHomeRun setup in Plex disappeared, and when I try to reconnect it, I get through the whole setup (and each part seems to complete successfully), but the last screen the “View Program Guide” button is unclickable, and if I get out any other way, the DVR is never added.
I have an HDHomeRun EXTEND with what I believe is the latest software and firmware. I’m not sure if it was a Plex server update, or an update to the HDHomeRun hardware itself that removed my previous DVR install.
When I do the setup now, it can’t find my device automatically, but if I put in the IP address automatically, it accepts it. I can then see all the channels, rescan for channels, I put in my ZIP code and it downloads the EPG, and then at the last prompt where it says “Setup Complete” and there are two buttons, “Close” and “View Program Guide”, I can’t click “View Program Guide”. If I click “Close”, or the X in the top right, or reload the page, any other method of closing the prompt and the DVR never shows up. I have tried leaving that prompt up overnight, and nothing changes.
