I just hooked up my new HD HomeRun Connect Quatro today and it is detected immediately, but when in the DVR setup screens right after entering my zipcode, on the screen where you can check off which channels you want I click “Continue” and it just spins forever and never goes anywhere. No error message or anything ever displays.
I had initially done the setup and all was working, but then had to add in channels after re-aiming my new antenna. When trying to re-scan and add in the channels I was experiencing this same issue, this screen would just spin and go nowhere. So I then tried to start over completely by deleting the DVR, but now I can’t even get that to come back.
I did reboot the server a few times and also power cycled the HDHomeRun, neither allowed me past the DVR setup step. I also updated to a new beta version of plex just in case and that didn’t solve the issue either.
The issue is not that the HDHomeRun isn’t detected, the system finds it right away, it just wont complete the setup process to add the tuner and DVR to plex.
Looking in the plex tuner service logs I see this, which doesn’t seem right.

Glad to hear you’ve solved this. I’m sitting in from of the DVR Setup screen as well, right now, with the spinner spinning ad nauseum. I had just uninstalled Chrome a few days ago (separate issue), then my tuner arrived and I’ve been TRYING to set it up in IE 11. Will re-install Chrome again right now and give it another go.
