PLEX DVR Setup on Shield TV Pro (v5.2 just updated) never completes - tried numerous times

I have two HDHomeRun Prime tuners updated to the latest drivers/firmware. I am able to watch live TV on HDHomeRun Beta. However, I tried numerous time to setup Plex DVR and it never completed the setup. It would simply clock with the circular arrow after I press CONTINUE on the channel mapping screen. See screen capture below.

Please help.

I have a PLEX pass.

I switched to Chrome instead of IE and the setup completed successfully. It is now downloading guide.
