Plex shield app, version 9.6.0 It’s been moved to Recommended. [Shield-Continue-watching] I can’t speak to why it was moved. I only get involved with testing the Shield when there is a major app version change. My hands are pretty full with the server platform.

Continue watching has always been part of recommended. But regardless please make another topic about that as it has nothing to do with resetting certificate.

@ChuckPa Hey mate, are you able to take a look/reset my certs? I am having errors regarding [CERT] TLS connection from XXXXX came in with unrecognized plex.direct SNI name ‘XXXXXX.plex.direct’; using installed plex.direct cert Or am I missing something else?

@Itzando Your cert was fine. I reset it anyway. Please restart the server and your devices. If you’re getting an unknown/bad SNI from one of the players, restart that player. It is probably still caching the old cert/connection
