Plex error

Occasionally, I get an error message saying, ‘failed to determine decision for content’

I tried to rectify it by removing all the source files from my PC, as suggested when I googled it. When I downloaded a different version of the film, I got the same error.

I was so desperate that I completely removed Plex from my system and then downloaded a new version. I then created a new database. Guess what! I got the same error!! It’s not happening with one particular video either.

Please, please, can someone help me?

Although my server is Mac based just started to get this unidentified message my self. Any help out there in Plex land?
