Server Version#: PMS 1.21.0.3616 on Red hat 8
Player Version#: Mac Plex web 4.48.1, Plex for Windws 1.24.0.1483, NVIDIA Shield, or web access via server IP address
After the last upgrade to new PMS server version about 1 week ago, ALL my media content dissapeared from the player. I can see all usual web content provided by Plex like movies & shows, Live TV, Web Shows, News, Podcasts etc. I can’t see any of my movies, music or any other kind of media. I can’t even see my PMS server and I don’t see how I can add my PMS server back. The only new option I see is + YOUR MEDIA.
This server is accessible publicly via internet.
Server A connects to Server B for its media content (by mounting the media)
When I tried to login it gave me this message:
This application is at X.X.X.X and is not hosted by Plex. Continue only if you recognize this server and wish to grant access.
After I have successfully logged in using my email and then pin, I still see none of my media content.
I have tried accessing my PMS server via different players, (web player, online, Nvidia) same result.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Note I have another local PMS Windows LAN server, not accessible publicly, only locally via local private IP which seems to be working well. Note: all my media is also located on this private Windows server. I tried to access media content located on Windows server from Red Hat server and I was able to successfully mount media on Red Hat from Windows via /mnt/media/my files and folders.
This set up was working fine until recently.
