Plex fail to play Direct stream. Can only play the video if converted

When i start a movie on my plex in (orginal quality) i loads fine in the start but afther a while it just stops. and then go to buffering

i can fix the problem by convert all my movies. but i think plax shud be abel to play a video local with no problem
