Plex Failing to Start - ReadyNas 316

Plex: 1.24.5.5173-8dcc73a59

Hi,

I am getting this issue now when trying to start Plex:

I’m not too sure how to get a log from this, I have tried rebooting the NAS and reinstalling the Plex app. Quite happy to remove the Plex app and reinstall but think I will lose my plex settings and app data etc.

Happy to grab a log if someone can guide me. Has anyone else experienced this?

Same issue…and 1.254.0.5282 (just installed) is doing exactly the same.

Same here too. This is so disappointing and frustrating. I can’t even remove the app. Mine is an RN214 with latest ReadyNAS firmware 6.10.6.

Hi guys, just became aware of this thread. I just tested on our devices at work and I’m not able to reproduce.

Can you guys provide the device model and the exact update file you are using?

I’ve just managed to get mine working by installing this one:

Couldn’t get Plex to stay turned on with version: 1.24.5.5173-8dcc73a59
