Unable to update Plex on Netgear ReadyNAS RN214

Currently on latest firmware 6.9.3 (no update as of 3rd August.

I’m on Plex Media Server v 1.13.2.5154.

I’ve been trying to update manually direct from the Plex website.

Consistently getting this error message in log:

System: Cannot install application plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna.

Can’t seem to think of a reason why this is happening.

I just had another look at the logs and I noticed a few days before it happened, I went in and deleted a few snapshots to save space (Video files that Plex uses). Can’t see how this might affect the install but who knows.

Might try turning the service off before updating. That has worked for me in the past.

I, too, am having trouble. On firmware version 6.9.3, I’m trying to update from 1.12.2.4929 to 1.13.5.5291, and I get the same error message.
