Plex Fails to Open on macOS Ventura 13.3

I am running macOS Ventura 13.3 on unsupported hardware (Haswell-4th Gen. Intel) using a graphics patch designed to allow full hardware acceleration on an unsupported GPU (Open Core Legacy Patcher). This did not interfere with the normal operation of the Plex Player for Mac when running macOS version 13.2.1. However, when I updated to version 13.3, the Plex Player stopped working. When I open the app, the window opens and the word Plex appears but it seems to hang there and never gets to the Select User screen which it is supposed to do. If I try to open Plex preferences from the menubar, nothing happens. I am able to use Plex in the web app but not the free-standing app. I do not know how to access any log file created by Plex. The same thing happens with Plex HTPC. I am able to use the Plex app on my laptop running macOS 13.4 beta but it has supported hardware (Kabylake-8th Gen. Intel). If I knew more about Plex’s graphics requirements, I could notify the developers of OCLP and they could design a fix. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have done some follow-up and the problem I am having is with the QTWebEngine. Plex is not the only app I am having problems with. All apps that use the QT Framework seem to have problems loading graphics. Any suggestions to get the QT Framework working? It works on other Macs I am running so it seems to be an isolated problem.
