Plex/ffmpeg that supports DCH drivers on Windows for QuickSync?

I forgot to ask about this way back when it happened to me. Is the Plex version of ffmpeg built against current Media SDKs?
Background:
I upgraded my Intel display drivers way back around December, and it broke QuickSync access to Plex. I eventually found out that with Windows 10, starting in 1809, a new driver model was introduced, DCH. The DCH drivers available from Intel break QuickSync with things that haven’t been built against the newer Media SDK. I believe Plex transcodes using a custom ffmpeg, so it would need to be built against one of those SDKs. I’d like to know if that’s happened or in the pipeline so I can update my drivers some time and not lose QuickSync. I can’t really just test it because the rollback out of the driver required a support call with Dell and ultimately, an unreleased driver.
Intel thread for reference:

Thanks!

It’s in the Pipeline, no eta so asking will mostly be unanswered.

Ok, thanks. I wasn’t sure where to find information out like that, which is why I asked. It’s more so I know it’s still not safe to update my drivers.
