I was wondering what I’m doing wrong that the dashboard keeps saying that the music is still playing in the dashboard after I tell Alexa to stop. She stops playing the song, but the dashboard is still going a long time after she has stopped saying it is still running. What is wrong? What do I need to do? Thanks.

I started a playlist on my Echo. My dashboard shows the first song playing. I waited about 30s then told Alexa to stop. The dashboard removed the playback after 1 or 2 seconds.
I will try again after playing a few songs to see if that makes a difference.
I put it in an Alexa routine. It starts when we say a certain phrase. She stops playing it when we say Alexa stop. I’m wondering if there is something else I need to say to get it to stop.

When you say
Alexa, play favorites
Alexa will
“Alexa, tell Plex to play Favorite playlist”
To stop this, I just say “Alex, stop” and it does stop in the dashboard.
