Plex for Android 8.8.0

WHATS NEW:

  • Bump the minimum supported Plex Media Server version to 1.15.2.
  • Player: support for Dolby Vision in MKV.
  • Player: Live TV is no longer supported in the old player.

  • [TV] Sidebar was not open by default when app started cold.

  • [TV] Grid collection could display misaligned items under certain circumstances.
  • [TV] Preplay actions could lose focus when screen was reloading.
  • [TV] Language selection wouldn’t work from inside the player when searching for subtitles.
  • [TV] Live TV: the app could crash if scrolling the TV guide while new data is loading.
