Several including myself have this issue. If you try to start / resume a video, it gives an error saying
“Playback failed: One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.”
Then stuck on a black screen. The only thing you can do is hit the Back button until it asks you to exit out of Plex back to Kodi. You can’t start Plex anymore unless you reboot (it just stays there in Kodi).
Also, if you go to any TV series and try to open it (to get to the list of episodes etc), that page half-loads, and hangs there. you have to manually reboot the host to get out of that situation.
Started happening on PMS 1.32.7. Some said they downgraded to 1.32.6 and issue goes away.
I have enabled debug and reproduced it at “Sep 19, 2023 19:41” trying to open an episode of “The Good Wife”. I’m reluctant of sharing the troubleshooting logs here for all to see. Is there anywhere more private I can send you the whole lot?
