I have a doubt: if the problem is in the conversion of the original file (RAW format) into the h265 compressed format? In the past it happened to me with a h264 movie that could be seen with artifacts on the Samsung TV, but it looked good on the PC (MPC-HC). After converting it to h265 on the PC, it was played good on TV.
