Hey guys, just bought a new TV LG with WebOS 4.7.0 and Plex for LG 3.13.28 and verified that I can’t hide libraries or change its order . The app shows all libraries in alphabetical order and I don’t have the Hub in this version of app to organize the libraries the way that it’s best or optimal for me and my family. Is it right? Did anyone else see this or find out how to solve it? The freedom to organize was great before. Don’t know if it’s a limitation of the new TV model (My other/older one is still on the road to my new home, since I am moving) or something Plex really changed. Thanks in advance.
You might want to update the Plex app installed on that TV.
The most recent version for Plex for webOS is version 4.21.1 (released a little over 1 week ago).
Sounds like your new TV is a FHD TV which does not support the latest version of the TV app, you’ll need a UHD TV to access that at this time.
