Plex for Mac, playing MOV video freezes, 17MB video, cached for a few minutes still can’t play normally.
In addition, I tested Plex Web and it can play normally.

Problem Description

I access Plex Server through VPN, the upload bandwidth of Plex Server network is 35Mb/s, and testing Plex Web can play normally, that is to say, Plex for Mac plays MOV video stuck, not caused by insufficient network bandwidth.

When Plex for Mac plays a MOV video, the server panel shows that the remote transmission has reached 304Mbps, which far exceeds the server bandwidth, resulting in a freeze. A video with only 17MB, it is impossible to use such a high bandwidth, please help to see if it is what is the problem. thanks

Usually this means that the file is badly muxed. I described much of what is going on when such a file is played in a different post Help: stream is constantly buffering, libmpv sends TCP RESET - #11 by gbooker02
