I got the problem that plex on my ps4 is stuck in the login screen
There are the many accounts that i have but the Profile picture Takes Already 2 Minutes to load and when i want do enter the password, then it doesnt react anymore
After 10 minutes of waiting i see the section pops upto enter the password but then i can wait another 10 minutes until it reacts
Then plex goes in standby-mode After a while
I think the problem is the ps4 because on my pc and on my mobile phone it works without any problems
I´ve exactly the same problem.
I have 3 local accounts. Linking the app to the server took an aeon and than there is a complete stop.
All the other players (web, several iOS, etc.) work perfectly.
Is there a place for official incidents?
