PLEX for Vizio E50-C1

Server Version#:1.0.1 is the version on the TV

The PLEX app on my Vizio TV will not connect. It will always say the my internet is offline. However I can access other apps like Netflix with no problem. I have called Vizio and they went through the trouble shooting including a factory reset and nothing worked. Can this be fixed?

If that’s it… there’s a workaround (disabling secure connections for good) – an actual solution will depend on the TV manufacturer to update the security certificates on the TV.

Just to add to @tom80H’s comment, it looks like the model is a VIA model, and we currently support only SmartCast models, so this information definitively applies.
