Not sure if this is something that is currently known, but when using the Plex for Windows Store App, only 2-channel sound is produced. If I load up the Plex Media Player Preview, all channels produce sound.
My Receiver will maintain a PCM status in the Plex for Windows Store App, but with the same file playing in Plex Media Player Preview, the receiver changes to display DTS and uses all sound channels.
Any ideas? is this a bug or is it not possible at the moment?
I prefer the usability of the Windows Store App (scrolling with touchpad specifically, still faster than the Plex Media Player Preview, for now)
