When trying to watch anything on windows, I hear audio but there is no video. The files are good, I checked them in VLC, and I can play the same items on the web app and on my android phone. I have the server running on the same PC I am trying to watch content on. I also tried watching from another server I have, on my raspberry pi, and the same thing happened. I found threads from years ago with the same issue and tried installing old versions of the app, but it did not work on the current or previous version of the app. I got working on the 1.41 version but that is really old at this point. I have updated my GPU drivers and tried turning off hardware decoding. I have also tried uninstalling, deleting all the plex files from my appdata folder, restarting my pc, and then installing plex again. That did not work as well. From what I saw, most of the issues on the previous threads I saw were for Nvidia GPUs. I have an AMD RX580. I watch most things on my pc and don’t want to have to use the web app as it does not let me play a lot of my files without transcoding them. Any suggestions would be nice.
