Plex for Windows - No 'Download' for Photos

Hello. I am browsing my own photos from my Qnap server and there is no ‘download’ button on any photos on Plex for Windows. I remember having this button on Plex Media Player and I am wondering if it is a bug or the feature has been removed? Thank you.
