Plex for Windows (on Win 10) does not recognise media buttons

I installed Plex for Windows at home and it works fine with media buttons. I then installed it on my work PC and it does not recognise any media button.

I also tried using PMP and it only recognises the previous/next buttons.

Any tip on how to solve this? Some way to configure the media buttons directly in the program?

EDIT: On the web player I have no problems
