When searching there used to be a quick search then if you hit enter it would do a FULL search and put all movies on the screen.
The newer version has a BUG where this no longer happens. This is a really bad bug where now it’s massively hard to group things into collections or tag groups of videos that have been tagged incorrectly or if you have your own genre’s because of the ‘VERY’ limited set of genres available.
Can you please fix this bug and restore this essentional functionality back to the windows app.
HTW the autocomplete fast search is GREAT , but just add back the FULL search that shows the movies on the screen.
Would be great to also have better zoom options on covers for larger 4k/8k screens also, but that’s a feature for another post, obviously the plex team haven’t upgraded their tv’s yet.
Also how does one turn OFF free and on demand in the instant search… I don’t want that there for my kids as it brings up content that is rubbish and innappropriate.
It DOES NOT honor what is NOT pinned and it takes forever to hide ALL of the channels in the live tv-personalise section also. I just want it GONE from my plex. Might just have to write my own unofficial app as the player is full of unwatned rubbish now.
Ratings could do with a complete overhaul btw, it’s terrible.
