Why did you change the search? It’s not even user friendly anymore.
It does not give a comprehensive list of movies/tv shows, just has suggestions in the drop down from the search panel. Change it back please
Can you provide a screenshot o the issues you are having? The new search seems much faster and results better organized on my library but would be curious to see where it might be failing
No need for a screenshot because we all remember the old search function. As people have said in other posts, there’s no way to get full screen results like before. I get it that it was updated to include recent searches and to show free stuff which I doubt anyone uses because we’ve all used Plex for years for our own libraries. It comes down to fixing something that didn’t need to be fixed. I mainly use Plex via a browser and my home PC still has the old search so I’m not looking forward to restarting my browser or PC and having the new search show up.

Basically, the new search function is horrible, and as warlock616 has eloquently listed. Everyone remembers the old search function. The new search function is junk
