Plex force video transcoding when it need to also transcode audio trueHD

I’m using a google chrome TV with a Q90T samsung tv

I’m trying to direct play a 4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR) video file with a 7.1 true HD audio stream.

If I do not select a TRUE HD audio stream, the video stream will direct play. If I use the true HD audio it will force the video to be transcoded.

I would like the audio to be transcoded and not the video also.

Also if I do not use subtitle, the video will not be transcoded when true HD is on.

Maybe I do not understand, but why would subtitle + trueHD force video transcoding but subtitle without trueHD doesn’t need transcoding. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Any idea?
