I just bought a new television and am trying to install Plex. The TV is connected to my network by cable, and other apps/internet work fine.
I installed Plex from the “app store” thing and connected to my account. I see my users and can choose and type pin. Then it just hangs with the spinning circle (tried letting it “work” for more than an hour).
I have tried re-installing the Plex app, shutting off the television (and cutting power to it), but same thing happens every time.
The Server is perfectly accessible by other players on the same network.
Any suggestions?
