Plex Hardware Acceleration Fallback to Software results in frozen frames on Android clients

I have Hardware Acceleration enabled for both encoding/decoding using the iGPU on my Intel i3-10100. For certain videos requiring transcoding, I will consistently get the following error at the same timestamps. The error itself isn’t too concerning because PMS will fallback to software transcoding. Unfortunately, on Android clients that I’ve tried (Firestick 4k and regular Android mobile), this fallback results in the frame being frozen/stuck while the audio for the video file continues. In the Web Client (Version 4.49.2), the error still occurs but the transition from HWA to Software is seamless and the video/audio continue to play just fine.
