Plex has become completely unuseable

Over the past 2-3 months plex has become completely unuseable in any fashion. Every single browser, every single client, is spammed non-stop with the same javascript errors until the stream crashes and buffers forever.

Furthermore, once Plex buffers it will NEVER resume. NEVER. NEVER have I seen plex even resume from being paused. Not once. The only thing you can do is either restart the entire app or reload the browser. Nothing else fixes it. It never will resume. It will never buffer.

Nothing is playable. Theres no errors anywhere on the server. Everything is up to date. No nginx errors what so ever. No changes were made in those months and this server has been running for years. There are no hardware issues, and the OS is CentOS 7 and fully up to date. I have absolutely had it with this asinine software, as of late it has been the most miserable piece of garbage I have ever used. I am seriously considering going back to Kodi at this point because even that dumpster fire can play a video for longer than a single damned minute. At least I dont have to pay for their garbage.

Yup sure thing. I totally went and manipulated that javascript file to cause this issue for funsies. Totally. Dead on. Definitely not another thread right at the top pointing out the pause issue either! You win!

Guess we can close the thread. The errors aren’t real, and all the issues are made up! Mr Rocket Scientist figured it out. ■■■■ this I’m not in the mood for the arrogance and the bullshit.

Well no one is in the mood for your attitude. If you come to a support site to ■■■■■ and moan…have at it, but I think you’d find more support and people more willing to help if your attitude was better.
