Plex Home and managed users

Hi,

Curious question regarding Plex Home and Managed Users.
Is there anyway to require a pin when trying to leave a user you’re currently signed into?

When having kids with own devices this would be far better than having to enter a pin to login to a profile, as they’re not supposed to leave their own profile regardless when using their own device (very similar to how HBO does it where an admin pin is required to leave the managed accounts profile).

Just trying to find a good “in-between” alternative to how Plex Home works (as I’ve understood it) when having kids with own devices and family shared devices.

Hey Connym,

That is pretty unique. I think the best method you can do is set an unique PIN for each person/account in the home. This will prevent one user from using the account of another.

I know that this is not the best if you have young ones who tend to forget their own pin but it might be the best case/happy in between of the current settings and your user case.
