Update: Restoring an old database fixed the issue.
Hey all, I’ve been using Plex for a couple of months now and today when I opened it up the Home screen (on both the web interface and the android mobile app) says the server is unreachable, even though my server is working and I can still play content normally through my libraries.
I tried resetting the interface, doing a repair install on the server app and I’ve done a bit of research online, but I can’t figure out what’s causing the problem. A common suggestion for what might have caused this seem to be migrating the database from one location to another, but I haven’t done that so I’m clueless as to why this has suddenly happened and what else I should do to try to fix it. Any ideas?
