I’ve recently run into a problem. I updated my PMS on October 8th, to the latest update. Since then every time I try to watch a video it says the Plex Server is unreachable. I’ve tried reinstalling the newest download and also running the repair feature (which normally fixes all my problems); this time it didn’t. Any suggestions?
I am having the same issue. Unfortunately, downgrading is not an option.
Is there any official support?
IT works on apps (FireTV) but is always unreachable through the webapp.

Can you let me know what versions you are all running?
My provider just upgraded to the latest (1.18.0.1944-f2cae8d6b), but the issue still persists.
I want to work with them on downgrading, but need to know which version work without the connection issues on the webapp.
thank you.
Hi. I have the same problem. Since there are Plex Media Server in version 1.18 (all subversions) I can’t connect to server, always show me UNREACHABLE.
I did the repair of the database but this isn’t work.
Pleas help. I don’t want to download to previous version.
Thanks
I have problems if I try to use the Website or plex.exe but not if I use the APP., the APP is working correctly.
The problem is that; when I use the plex.exe or website, the Plex Media Server run 100% of my CPU. I suppose that this does not leave the Server works correctly.
I’m running under Windows 10 Home 64-bits version 1903
Any idea about the solution?
I don’t know if it help, but I attach my log Log.zip (23.9 KB)
Thought I’d give the database repair a try, but it hasn’t changed anything for me. Enable remote access and it stays green for a few seconds before going red. Server version 1.18.2.2058 running on Ubuntu 19.10.
Try re-downloading the plex update manually, (install without deleting the old file), when it ask you to setup instead of hitting install hit repair, after it repairs restart your computer and it should work. If it doesn’t it may be the port number (normally 32400), you may have to change it on your router.
