Plex htpc with intel arc310 GUI wont recover when hdr content is stopped

grafic card on plex htpc is Intel Arc a310

I experience wierd problem I hope anyone else have experieced and maybe have a guide for me to solve this.

I experience when HDR is dissabled in windows, and activate the HDR switching i plex htpc, that plex GUI wont come back after I stopped a 4K movie with HDR content.
but when playing ordinary movies with sdr content, the switching from movie, to gui does work. (plex have not crashed, but GUI wont come back, so I get black screen)

the workaround I had to do was activate HDR in windows, and turn off HDR switching in plex HTPC.

I think this is a graphic card problem. Have anyone else the same card, and found some settings that could solve this for me?
