Plex, Inc. Seems to be a Stealth Comapny.. LOL

I have searched and search and been unable to find exactly where Plex, Inc. headquarters are…

Anyone know??

Or is it to remain a secret??

Just curious…

Respectfully, search google a little better. It takes about 30 seconds to find HQ.

Trying to find where Engineering, QA, and other facility are? That’s hard! :slight_smile:

LOL
Been googling for a while… No Joy… Will try again.

BTW where is that facility located??

Closest Google search I could get
http://www.bloomberg.com/profiles/companies/1009120D:US-plex-inc
No address… LOL

google search. “Plex, Inc. Headquarters” seems to return not much else.

Well I actually have had some thoughts on this. I found this from Bloomberg some time ago:
http://www.bloomberg.com/profiles/companies/1009120D:US-plex-inc

That does not give an address but it does seem to say/imply that Plex is a US based company. That, however, is a bit surprising to me given the international nature of Plex’s employees and user base. I would think that there would be substantial tax advantages to basing and incorporating in some other countries. Not talking about anything dodgy but many countries, like say Luxembourg or The Cayman Islands or many many other places, have better tax structures for businesses particularly those with no physical product or actual place of business.

Having said that I “think” that a a physical address is required for incorporation so Plex should have an address somewhere. But it may be just a PO box or one of the officer’s home.

Now the lack of an address “could” be an advantage when “they” come looking for Plex. Everybody knows “they” are out to get everyone that really wants freedom and Plex does provide software that in many ways frees us from slavery to big media so “they” must be out to get Plex.

Or Plex could be part of “they” and actually recording everything we watch and reporting it back to the “super THEY.” If “they” are doing that then “they” will be hideously bored when “they” get to me. My media is special only to me and my dog.

LOL
Hiding from something…
@ChuckPa 's Post indicates 449 Somewhere??

Do I really need to spell it out for you guys? =))

You’re all so good at finding other things. How come this is so difficult?

Google IS your friend… when you ask nicely :smiley:

@ChuckPa
Thanks so much for the help.

I would have NEVER thought to put the 449 in my search… LOL

Brilliant search on your part.

Thanks again.

BTW… I know the area. But I have not been to Los Gatos in about 12 years.
Phillipe Kahn started his empire in that area as well (Scott’s Valley, Borland. etc…). I used to live down the street from him… LOL
Lots of tech in that area including Seagate (Where I almost went to work many years ago)
Hell, Steve Wozniak lives in Los Gatos… Want his address??

@jjrjr1

And now you know why I’m the Ninja =))

LOL
Exactly!!!

And I though it was because you know exactly how to properly kiss a$$… >:) I guess Ninja is just another word for expert.
Expert - “X” “Spurt” - “X” is mathematical term for something unknown. “Spurt” is a drip of water under pressure. Therefore an “expert” is an unknown drip under pressure.

No no…

Exspurt: An annoying leak which has been permanently sealed

PS: since when have you known me to kiss a$$? I’m one of the reasons they removed those facebook-isms

That was supposed to be a joke and supposed to be funnier because it was less than true. Of course it is not rare for subtle, or not so subtle, attempts at humor to fail on the internet because of a myriad of reasons. And I have been known to spectacularly fail at times.

Sorry, I was joking with you… There are no ill feelings in any way :slight_smile:
