Hello,
Version 1.16.0.1226 fixed all “recently added” translation. But there is still missing “On Deck” translation (“En cours de lecture” I think).

It varies. It can be a few days or a few weeks.

You can follow the announcement thread, included in @OttoKerner’s reply, to be notified when a new PMS release is available.
