Plex iOS not seeing Roku TV as a cast target

I am trying to Chromecast or otherwise stream content from Plex iOS to my Roku smart TV. But Roku is not showing up as a castable device.

I can Chromecast Plex to the Chromecast dongle and enjoy content. But the Roku itself is unavailable as a video destination.
