Plex iOS Timeline view - Photos

Hi,

In my Plex iOS app, the Timeline view for my photos library is not showing the right order. What date does the app use to sort this view? When I switch to Grid View and Filter by Year, it shows the correct years. I have exiftool and can change the dates of photos (filemodifydate, createdate, dateoriginal, etc.) but not sure which date iOS is using to sort this view.

I have the same problem. The timeline view seems to be the perfect way for to view your photos. Unfortunately the photos SEEM to be sorted by the date they were added to the library. And even more unfortunate the “Sort” and “Filter” menus are deactivated in Timeline View mode. I hope that can get fixed/changed in one of the future updates …
