Hello everyone,

Mad question although not too far fetched.

I have four IP cams looking over my property and Plex server both running 24/7 on my PC. All four IP cams running at 720p through Ethernet cables to my router then Ethernet directly to my server PC.
To me, this is some simple code that can be written to a Plex update but I am sure that there needs to be plenty of demand for it for that to happen unless I am missing something.

Does this already exist? Am I able to view my IP cams through Plex?

If anyone could tell my how, that would be great :slight_smile:

It may exist. Have you looked through the Channel plug-ins available?

What you’re describing sounds like a great plug-in.

In light of the new DVR capability (currently in public beta), after it’s stable, I can easily see where some of the core functions are accessed via a plug-in to route video in instead of OTA program capture.
