Plex is always transcoding with Synology DS218+-->awful

Just purchased lifetime pass for my Plex on Synology, and now im deeply regret it.

Watching it on my LG WebOS Smart tv with Plex app.
I don’t have option for streaming directly on my tv and on Synology . I now this option was there on earlier version of Plex.

Streaming with my Raspberry pi 4 (libreelec) to my tv works very fast and without the problems. Streaming to my tv with built in media player also works very good very fast, and the movie opens immediately .

Opening with plex is very slow, about 10 seconds. It awfully slow, and i see only some stripes with. No video. I tried every possible option in Plex but nothing works. Now im trying to get my money back.

This is just ridiculous , that plex want to transcode some 1080p hevc video to something else. My players are capable of playing 4k hevc without problems.

i just looked in web tv plex app. everything is set to stream original.
but it’s very very slow, no picture, just stripes, also loading media library is slow and it’s constantly buffering

The logs show burning in of the subtitles is required.
What are the subtitle settings? Always ? You should only burn-in “image based”

i forgot to mention that i changed that to only image based. This didn’t helped.
Also library is loading very slow each time.

But never mind. Thank for your help. I just received my money back.
