This works on my server. Plex recognizes them as separate movies.

.../The Hunger Games Mockingjay - Part 2 (2015)
....../The Hunger Games Mockingjay - Part 2 (2015).mkv
You could also add the IMDB ID to the folder and file names, as that provides Plex the exact match for each. Plex Dance the movies when you rename the folders & files.
