Plex is missing some episodes, not all

Hey there!

I’m having a weird issue with Plex not adding all episodes of a season of a show (My Hero Academia) - as you can see, it’s only adding episodes of the show from Episode 10 and after. thetvdb.com has all of the episodes. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!

First thing I see is the filenames are not following the Plex Naming Convention which can lead to issues with matching.
For example:

My Hero Academia - S02E01.mkv

or

My Hero Academia (2016) - S02E01 - That’s the Idea, Ochaco.mkv
