Tv show episodes not showing up

i am trying to add my TV show to my plex server. the problem is i got 8 seasons!

season 1 works perfect!
season 2-3 is not getting added
season 4 has 1 episode!
season 5-8 has no episodes

all the files are saved the same as .mkv so im confused why only the first season and 1 episode from the 4th season is showing up but none of the rest

Usually this comes down to a case of bad naming (as in “not in line with Plex’ naming schema for tv content”).
Would you mind sharing how those files are organized and named inside your library directory?

this is season 1:
Downloaded\TV Shows\series-name\file-here.mkv

season 2-8:
Downloaded\TV Shows\series-name\disk1\file-in-here.mkv

whats confusing is it works for the 1 episode on season 4 but nothing else?

Ignore what might have accidentally worked.
Your best shot is to go with the naming schema from the support article linked above, e.g.

Downloaded
  TV Shows   <- the directory linked to your tv show library
    series-name
      Season 01
        series-name - s01e01 - optional episode title.mkv
        series-name - s01e02.ext
        ...
      Season 02
        series-name - s02e01.ext
        series-name - s02e02 - optional episode title.mkv
        ...

no disc structures, no additional folders, no different names for season folders etc.
