Plex is not finding any of my media, unexpected error

Hi,
New user here. Downloaded and installed the Plex Media Server but when I go to Music or Photos it says “unexpected error loading library, visit our forum” . I am using Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

Did you have Plex installed before, already? (Even if this was a long time ago)

If so, perform the thorough deinstallation first: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201941078-uninstall-plex-media-server/
