i have been getting this error There was an unexpected error loading this library for a few hours now. it was working fine 2-3 hours ago. i was just watching a movie. and when the film had finished. i kept getting this error on my device. so i tried firefox and google chrome and also explorer. and still the same. i have also tried on my xbox one. and the same error. i asked my brother to try and still the same. so i thought oh, maybe a fresh install will work, and guess what. NOPE. still the same error.
I had the same issue for about an hour. New server install on Ubuntu 20.04. Media drive was mounted and Plex was catalogging the music folder but when I tried to access the server I got this same error. I closed the connection to the server and reopened it from the browser and now its working.
i had to do a full reinstall of plex. for some reason no matter what i tried it wouldn’t work.
