every-time i try to use this app i have isssues, this happens if i reboot the router or change it to another even though plex has been set up to work on both
the only way to fix is to uninstall from PC, reboot
unistall from TV, reboot
then start all over again, and sometimes it will only show everything BUT FILMS and PROGRAMS - having done some googline it would appear this is common on this app and its extremely likely nobody will reply - i will be cancelling my subscription tonight if it doesnt get sorted out

sounds like you have some network issue…
been going on for weeks, every-time the router is rebooted or swapped it doesnt work, ive tried reinstal and as i say it shows only tidal web news and all that carp…no MOVIES even though its all set it server…the app keeps saying unreachable, wifi works fine, acccounts sync up from codes…but after that its unreachable…hmmm
im logged into server, all files are pointing to correct folders, check these screenshots
signed in on tv and linked…then at same time UNREACHABLE
its nnot a network issue its a plex issue, thousands of others put up with it
