Plex on Android under ChromeBooks (mine is a touchscreen tablet / laptop convertable), it keeps getting stuck in the same loop of warning of “Layout Support Warning”.
And I did try the method of disabling the touchscreen with chrome flags and Ash Debugging Shortcut, it still did not work.
So you are not trying to change the layout? I’m.not clear about what causes the loop.
Whenever I click it away, i.e. on one of the buttons down there, it disappears, but as soon as I scroll or select something in the app, it keeps bringing up the same dialog again!
how are you scrolling or selecting? The TV layout has no touch control. and no real support for keyboard/mouse. it was only meant for control with a remote
I am scrolling and selecting via my ChromeBook’s trackpad and keyboard of course.
And no, I don’t want to pay for the mobile app, just to use it, when PC laptops can simply do it for free as well!
Ok but the mobile layout is the only one works on a Chromebook. We don’t make a desktop app for Chromebook. If you don’t want to use the mobile app then your choice is https://app.plex.tv
