Plex isnt Reachable via IPv6 and Nat IPv4 [Solved]

Server Version#:1.40.0.7998-c29d4c0c8
Player Version#:
Hey @all,
I would like to reach my plex server again. It is behind a CGNAT with NAT IPv4 and public ipv6.
Port is open (IPv6) and the server from outside the network reachable. But strangely it isnt connecting via PLEX website. The Custom Server access URL doesnt work aswell. Is this just a DNS record for users without a dyndns service or static ips? Whats the best way to access it. I heard something about plex.direct or Certificates from Lets Encrypt but in my opinion these doesnt solve this issue isnt it? Is IPv4 required to connect to plex website or required to establish a connection via IPv6. If someone got these problems too or got a hint to solve this issue I would be happy to receive an answer. Thanks

Is fixed, we used the wring server id for the custom server acces url. Downloading the addon helped to get the actual server id. Reddit - Dive into anything
After save it works everywhere on any device. It only doesnt show up as connected in the Remote Access Tab. But this is fine in my Opinion becuase it is accessable all around the worl.
