Plex issue on TV

Hello to all,

I have a problem with plex on my TV:

Plex server is installed on a pi 4, everything works on my pc I can see the movies etc, I can also watch them on my phone in 4G. However on the TV it doesn’t work.
I have a Plex account from a friend and his movies work fine but mine don’t play. Also, the preroll starts and then I get 3 yellow dots and an error message after a few minutes (“An error occurred during playback… the video did not start in time”).
The TV is connected in ethernet on the box.
